McNamara SPINZ, ANZIV is Managing Director and owner of
Property Sphere
Consultancy;
a commercial valuation and property consultancy practice. He has 24 years of experience valuing a wide range of property including
residential, commercial and development projects.
Mark has worked in Christchurch, Wellington, Hamilton and Auckland property markets of New Zealand.
He has been involved in asset valuations for both listed and unlisted property vehicles. He has a strong analytical background and keen interest in modern valuation techniques.
Qualifications:
B.Comm
(Valuation & Property Management); Master of Property Studies;
Grad Cert. of Applied Finance
Activities and Societies: Associate of New Zealand Institute of Valuers; Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand.
